- Outside medicines and foods are not allowed within hospital premises.
Visiting Hours
Ward/Twin Sharing/Single Room/Single Deluxe/Suite
5pm – 7pm
(Only two persons at a time are allowed during visiting hours)
ITU / ICU / CCU / NICU / HDU / PICU / SICU / MICU
5pm – 6pm
(Only two persons at a time are allowed during visiting hours)
- Patients’ relative in single occupancy & overnight attendants must keep their green passes all time.
- Kindly surrender the visitor passes to ward nurses at the time of discharge.
- Hospital is strictly a “No smoking zone”.
- Please do not tip any staff member.
- Please do not leave any belongings & valuables with the patient, hospital is not responsible for the same.
- We provide filtered drinking water. Packaged drinking water is available on chargeable basis.
- No movement will be allowed between 10pm – 5am for attendants.
- Children are strictly not allowed.
- Flowers and gifts are not allowed inside hospital
- Please coordinate with the IP coordinator for any query/clarification.
- Patient meals are served as per instruction of the doctor and dietician.
- Personal attendant for the patient is available on request to IP floor coordinator within 4 pm, payment to be made separately
Billing Rules
Billing
- Bed charges are calculated as per 24-hour basis from the time of admission.
- Beds are subject to availability. (No advance bed booking).
- Room/Ward bed tariffs include charges for patient’s diet.
- Please contact the billing department for provisional bill on daily basis.
- Only cash/credit or debit cards/DD/Wire Transfer are accepted.
- As per Government regulations, cash receipts of up to •1.99 lakh is allowed, alance amount can be paid in Card/DD/NEFT/RTGS
- All refunds above Rs..8,000 will be processed by online modes of payment.
- Please carry all the money receipts at the time of discharge.

- Advance booking receipt, if any.
- Admission advice by the consultant.
- Relevant medical reports and prescriptions.
- Cut the nails & remove nail polish before admission
