Job Description

Requirement: Strong knowledge of IPD / OPD / OT Pharmacy operations

Key Responsibilities (Short JD)

• Oversee complete Pharmacy operations including IPD, OPD & OT Pharmacy.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and expiry monitoring.
• Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and drug control norms.
• Monitor procurement, vendor coordination, and cost optimization.
• Ensure availability of critical and emergency medicines at all times.
• Supervise pharmacy staff, schedule manpower, and drive performance standards.
• Maintain documentation, audits, and quality compliance (NABH standards).
• Coordinate with Medical, Nursing & Purchase departments for seamless operations.
