Key Responsibilities (Short JD)
- Oversee complete IPD (In-Patient Department) operations ensuring smooth functioning.
- Monitor bed occupancy, patient flow, admission & discharge processes.
- Ensure quality patient care, safety standards, and compliance with NABH / regulatory norms.
- Lead, mentor, and manage IPD nursing & support teams.
- Coordinate with Medical, Nursing, Billing, and Support Services for seamless operations.
- Monitor KPIs, TATs, patient satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Handle escalations and ensure effective grievance redressal.
