Key Responsibilities (Short JD)
- Oversee clinical administration and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.
- Coordinate between Medical, Nursing, IPD, OPD & Support Services for seamless operations.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, NABH standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive quality initiatives, patient safety measures, and clinical governance activities.
- Monitor KPIs, TATs, patient satisfaction, and operational performance indicators.
- Address escalations and ensure timely resolution of clinical and operational issues.
- Support management in process improvements and operational planning.
