Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Short JD)

• Oversee daily nursing operations across IPD / OT / Critical Care units.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, NABH standards, and patient safety guidelines.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Manage duty rosters, manpower planning, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Clinical Administrators, and other departments.
• Monitor quality indicators, infection control practices, and patient satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely grievance resolution.

A strong clinical leader with excellent communication skills, team management ability, and a patient-centric approach.
