Requirement: Candidate must be interested in working with Hospital BMS (Building Management System)

Key Responsibilities (Short JD)

• Oversee civil maintenance and infrastructure management of the hospital.
• Monitor and manage Hospital BMS (Building Management System).
• Ensure smooth functioning of utilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing & safety systems.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Supervise vendors, contractors, and in-house maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire norms, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain documentation, AMC records, and audit preparedness.
• Support infrastructure planning and facility upgrades.
