Key Responsibilities (Short JD)

• Oversee complete IPD (In-Patient Department) operations ensuring smooth functioning.
• Monitor bed occupancy, patient flow, admission & discharge processes.
• Ensure quality patient care, safety standards, and compliance with NABH / regulatory norms.
• Lead, mentor, and manage IPD nursing & support teams.
• Coordinate with Medical, Nursing, Billing, and Support Services for seamless operations.
• Monitor KPIs, TATs, patient satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
• Handle escalations and ensure effective grievance redressal.
